The real thing!

This syrup has a true yuzu fragrance and flavor. A little goes a long way. My only criticism would be the cost; for a small amount it is quite expensive. I'm guessing it is about 4-6 ounces - neither the bottle nor the website say the quantity.

Excellent on ice cream

Get some good quality vanilla ice cream, and drizzle the yuzu syrup over it. Finish with nuts and whipping cream. Fantastic !!

Cocktails best friend

Rich yuzu flavor, tangy and sweet makes beautiful and delicious cocktails! I mixed it with a violet infused vodka and sparkling water. The acidity turns the violet from purple to pink and is absolutely gorgeous.
