Sakura (cherry blossoms) are one of Japan's quintessential symbols. In this delicate tea, sakura is paired with houjicha, a roasted tea with nutty and caramel notes. The combination of houjicha, which in the roasting process gains its distinct earthy flavors and mellows out the bitterness of some green tea, and sakura makes for a tea with a perfect light floral fragrance and warm earthy tones.
