Konbu cha (lit. “kelp tea”) is a Japanese seasoning that can be mixed with hot water to create a savory tea or broth.This konbu cha is made from additive-free ingredients produced entirely in Japan; the kelp and beet sugar come from Hokkaido, while the specialty salt is produced in Hyogo Prefecture’s Ako City. Top-quality matcha powder is also added, resulting in an umami-rich, bitter yet salty and sweet seasoning.
