RECIPE: Tororo (Grated Yam) & Blueberry Jam Carpaccio Sauce
Blueberry jam adds stunning color and the perfect touch of sweet fruity flavor while luxuriously thick Tororo Salad Dressing, made with botan koshou green chili peppers, gives this unique carpaccio sauce a kick of spice. We recommend serving this sweet and sour sauce over thinly sliced sashimi-grade fish.

1 Tbsp Tororo Salad Dressing

1 tsp blueberry jam

1-2 tsp olive oil
Instructions:

In a small bowl, add the Tororo Salad Dressing and blueberry jam. Whisk to combine.

Mix in a bit of olive oil at a time, whisking to emulsify. Continue to add olive oil until it reaches your desired consistency.

Enjoy over carpaccio of thinly sliced sashimi-grade fish (such as white fish), high-quality beef, or even cured ham. This sauce can also be enjoyed over steamed vegetables.
