RECIPE: Avocado & Honey Ume Guacamole
A uniquely Japanese twist on a beloved dip, this guacamole gets its acidic tang from Honey Ume Vinegar while the addition of cream cheese adds a luxurious richness.

Ingredients:

½ tomato

½ ripe avocado

¼ white onion

1 Tbsp olive oil

1 Tbsp cream cheese

1 Tbsp Honey Ume Vinegar

½ tsp salt

Crackers or tortilla chips
Instructions:

Finely chop the onion and cut the tomato into 1cm pieces. Cut the half avocado into a 1cm wide grid and remove from the skin with a spoon.

In a bowl, combine olive oil, cream cheese, and Honey Ume Vinegar. Mix to combine.

Add the diced avocado, tomato, and onion and season with salt. Toss to combine.

Serve with crackers or tortilla chips.
