The base of this instant miso is soup is an aromatic, umami-rich mix of additive-free miso made from Aso soybeans, Kyushu rice, and Kyushu barley. Shimeji mushrooms and onions give the soup a variety of textures, while the briny saltiness of the wakame provides a hint of flavor from the sea.
