These Vegan Dashi packets allow you to conveniently create a flavorful vegan dashi at home. It includes a blend of traditional dashi ingredients such as konbu (thick edible kelp) and shiitake mushrooms, as well as daikon (Japanese radish), salt and beet sugar which help to round out a full flavor profile. And although most common dashi rely on MSG to enhance flavors, this dashi is made from entirely natural ingredients.

Suggested Uses: To make a simple dashi (broth), add 1 Vegan Dashi packet to 200ml of boiling water (adjust the amount of water to your taste preference). This can then be used as a base for soups, in dressings or as a substitute for water to add a touch of umami when cooking. You can also simply sprinkle the Vegan Dashi as is on your dishes as a seasoning.
Substitutions: Use in place of regular dashi in all of your favorite recipes to help make them vegan friendly!
