Hokkaido wheat flour and roasted barley flour, give them a subtle toasted nuttiness, that is accentuated by the addition of coconut cream. Local rice syrup and brown rice amazake (sweet fermented rice drink) provide a gentle sweetness and smooth umami flavor.
