This delightfully smooth and rich pudding has the perfect nutty flavor from in-house roasted white sesame seeds and a topping of kinako (roasted soybean flour). A drizzle of kuromitsu (a sugar syrup similar to molasses) adds just the right amount of sweetness. A quick and easy sweet treat!


Size: 100g, mistu sauce 10g, kinako powder 5g
Storage: Refrigerate after opening.
Ingredients: Sesame tofu (washed sesame seeds (Japan), starch, sugar, salt) (contains sesame seeds), kuromitsu (brown sugar, malt starch syrup, honey, sugar), soybean flour (soybeans, sugar, sesame oil, salt) (contains soybeans and sesame)

Silky sweet tofu

I LOVE this tofu dessert. The syrup is not overwhelmingly sweet at all, which creates a perfect balance of the tofu, sesame seeds and honey. Please have these desserts available at the Michi no Eki all year round.

An addictive little treat

This was delightful. Not quite as sweet as many Western type desserts or puddings but sweet enough with the sugar syrup to be clearly classified as a sweet treat. I’m looking forward to my second one of these!
