This miso ramen features hand-crafted, dry-aged noodles and a rich, flavorful pork broth made with savory miso and soy sauce seasoned with chili powder, ginger, and garlic.

Ingredients: Noodles: Wheat flour (domestic), wheat protein, salt/calcined calcium, uncalcined calcium Seasoning Packet: Miso, salt, sugar, soy sauce, garlic, rapeseed oil, fermented seasonings, pork extract, ginger, yeast extract, onion powder, starch, chili pepper powder, menma (Japanese fermented bamboo shoots) powder

Suggested Uses: To prepare, break the noodles in half and place in a large amount of boiling water (550 ml (~ 2 cups) or more). Boil for 2-2½ minutes. While the noodles are cooking, put the contents of the seasoning packet into a bowl and combine with 270ml (~1 cup) of boiling water. Drain the cooked noodles and add to the prepared soup. Top with slices of roast pork, green onions, and sesame seeds for added flavor and texture.
Substitutions: Enjoy in place of your typical instant ramen for a more flavorful experience.
