The cold, nutrient-rich waters of Hokkaido create the ideal environment for scallops, contributing to their excellent quality and flavor. Harvested from Funka Bay, located in the southeastern part of Hokkaido, these baby scallops are succulent and buttery. Gently simmered in Kaneyoshifs signature seasoned soy sauce, the natural briny sweetness of these tender scallops harmonizes with the umami of the soy sauce to create a satisfyingly savory flavor.
