One of Japan's essential herbs, red shiso has been compared to the refreshing flavors of mint and fennel. It's deep, vibrant purple color is also what gives umeboshi (pickled plums) their signature pink color. With its herbal sweetness, this syrup is perfect for drinks, cocktails, and drizziling atop desserts!
