Grown in the sunshine and tropical weather of Kagoshima, these sweet potatoes are prized for their deep purple color and natural sweetness. Not overly sweet, this colorful jam has a mild earthy nuttiness, similar to chestnuts, with notes of vanilla and brown sugar.
