This unique condiment combines two iconic Japanese spreads: sweet and savory tsukudani (nori paste) and yuzu kosho (citrus chili paste). The tsukudani is made by simmering high-quality seaweed from the Ariake Sea with soy sauce and other traditional Japanese seasonings until soft. It’s then combined with yuzu kosho made with special yuzu from Miyazaki, and a carefully selected blend of vinegar.
