This unique condiment combines two iconic Japanese spreads: sweet and savory tsukudani (nori paste) and yuzu kosho (citrus chili paste). The tsukudani is made by simmering high-quality seaweed from the Ariake Sea with soy sauce and other traditional Japanese seasonings until soft. It’s then combined with yuzu kosho made with special yuzu from Miyazaki, and a carefully selected blend of vinegar.

Ingredients: Sugar (made in Japan), soy sauce, yuzu kosho, dried nori seaweed (made in Japan), vinegar, salt, potato starch, yeast extract (contains soybeans and wheat)

Substitutions: Mix mayonnaise or oil and use in place of your favorite dipping sauce!
