Sesame tofu, known as goma dofu, is a silky, nutty-tasting tofu made from ground sesame seeds instead of soybeans. The kinako (soybean flour) adds extra nuttiness, while a drizzle of the kuromitsu (a sugar syrup similar to molasses) adds just the right amount of sweetness.
