Our products are locally made in Japan and showcase unique regional and seasonal ingredients, while our English translations make trying new foods easy and enjoyable.

Our all-natural products are made by regional farmers and artisans, many of whom have passed down centuries-old techniques and recipes from generation to generation. Prefecture: Nagano

This traditional heart-warming vegetable soup, called “kenchinjiru” features Japanese root vegetables stir-fried in aromatic sesame oil and slowly simmered in an umami-rich dashi broth.

Mixed Rice Crackers

Prefecture: Tokyo

Salty, savory, and crunchy, these mixed rice crackers are handcrafted by skilled artisans. Made with a base of 100% locally grown glutinous rice, they come in four delicious flavors: plain, soy sauce, smoked cheese, and spicy chili pepper.

Seaweed Mochi Rice Crackers

Prefecture: Kumamoto

A classic type of rice cracker, okaki are made from mochi (glutinous rice). These special seaweed rice crackers are made using glutinous rice from Niigata Prefecture, an area famous for rice production, and seasoned with two types of seaweed that add a savory saltiness to the natural sweetness of the rice.

Mochi Mochi Chewy Sesame Pudding

Prefecture: Nagasaki

Made with roasted white sesame seeds, this silky smooth pudding has a rich, nutty flavor. Topped with kinako (roasted soybean flour) and a drizzle of kuromitsu (a sugar syrup similar to molasses), it has just the right amount of sweetness.

This versatile Japanese chili paste is made by mixing pesticide-free yuzu, Japan’s beloved citrus fruit, with locally grown green chili peppers and fermenting them with salt for over a year to create a rich, mildly spicy flavor.

Prefecture: Shiga

Prefecture: Shizuoka

This vibrant matcha blend is made with high-quality tea produced in Shizuoka Prefecture. It also includes edible sakura (cherry blossom) leaf powder, which imparts a mild floral flavor and aroma, while a touch of sugar balances the natural bitterness of the matcha.
