If you love ramen, you'll love this similar noodle dish known as mazemen (mixed noodles). Served without broth, mazemen is instead mixed with sauce, oil, and an array of toppings. This special mazemen features chewy noodles coated in a flavorful curry sauce which is complemented by umami-rich soy sauce and a unique blend of onion, ginger, and Hiroshima jumbo garlic. Apple cider vinegar and fermented seasonings impart a slight tanginess while sanonto, a type of caramelized sugar unique to Japan, provides a hint of sweetness that perfectly balances the spice.

Suggested Uses: In a pot, boil enough water to cover the noodles. Add the noodles and cook for ~3 mins, stirring to loosen them. Once cooked, drain the water and pour the noodles into a bowl. Add the included curry sauce and mix well.
