It's created using traditional fermentation methods and a unique natural "stork” rice which is grown in harmony with the delicate local environment inhabited by beautiful Japanese storks.

This vinegar is quite versatile. I use this in replacement of regular vinegar when I make a basic dipping sauce of soy sauce, vinegar & chopped onions. Great pairing with grilled fish. Otherwise, always use this for sushi rice.
