This 100% natural and refreshing green juice is made from domestic barley grass, soybean powder, beet sugar, broccoli powder, spinach powder and contains 20 billion plant-based lactic acid bacteria, which are said to aid digestion and support longevity. It's healthy, delicious and contains no additives, bulking agents, preservatives, colorants, or added flavors. 

To create this unique green juice, Plantz follows a 400 year old technique that is used to make a local salt-free pickle called "sunkizuke". Sunkizuke is made from red turnip leaves and is a specialty in the Kiso Valley of Nagano.

Plantz shares the philosophies of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) to conserve biodiversity through environmentally friendly packaging materials, products, and services while developing new products using local ingredients.

Suggested use:Dissolve in 100-150ml of water, milk or juice, add to smoothies or as a topping for yogurt. Can also be mixed into pancake batter or other baked goods.
