Organic Umeboshi Salad Dressing and Marinade
Umeboshi (pickled Japanese plums) add a wonderfully tart, sweet and salty flavor to any dressing or marinade. Try our recipe below with salads, chicken or pork.
- 1 chopped umeboshi
- 1 tbsp of soy sauce
- 1 tbsp of sesame oil
- 2 tbsp of vinegar
- Chopped ginger (if desired)
1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
2. Serve atop a salad as a dressing or as a marinade for chicken or pork.
