Paired with classic Japanese aromatics like spring onions and ginger, the oil has a bright garlic-like scent and flavor with underlying notes of subtle sweetness and spice. Finished with a touch of salt for balance, it's perfect for adding flavor to everything from tofu and salad to gyoza and meat marinades.
