Shiso (perilla leaves or Japanese basil), a Japanese herb related to mint, adds a refreshing earthy flavor similar to basil and anise with hints of citrus, and a vibrant pink color. Sustainably farmed, this product carries the Japan Agricultural Standards (JAS) organic certification.
