Kuromamecha is a nutty, sweet tea made from roasted black soybeans known askuromame(lit. black beans).
This kuromamecha is made from 100% black soybeans from A-Net Farm, a century old fourth generation family-run farm in Hokkaido, Japan’s northernmost prefecture. Hokkaido’s rich soil and untouched nature produces some of Japan’s highest quality agricultural products, including A-Net Farm’s plump, sweet black soybeans.
How to prepare:Place one tea bag in a cup and add boiling water. Steep for 1-3 mins until it reaches your desired strength.
